Teaching Outlines for Sabbath School Teachers

Purpose of the SSNET2 Mailing List

SSNET2 is a mailing list to distribute Sabbath School lesson teaching aids. It is an adjunct to our SSNET discussion list, which is a forum to discuss the Seventh-day Adventist weekly Bible Study Lesson for adults, as published by the Seventh-day Adventist General Conference Sabbath School department. (Note, however, that the teaching helps are supplied by individuals who are independent of the General Conference Sabbath School Department.)

We strive to provide you with some of the best teaching aids we can find. If, however, you see a problem with some of the material we send out, please feel free to contact us through the "Write to Us" link found at the bottom of this page.

If you are subscribed to the main SSNET discussion list, you do not need to subscribe to this list in order to receive teachers' helps, because they are already included in the main list.

SSNET2 subscribers receive only Lessons Helps generally meant for Sabbath School teachers. We usually mail out several sets of helps from different sources, so you may choose which best suits your local situation.

If you have questions regarding the content of the lessons, please join the SSNET discussion list.

This is a low-volume list, compared to the relatively high-volume SSNET list.

Note: If you reply to SSNET2 mailings, your reply will go to the SSNET discussion list. Unless someone (most likely Joyce Griffith) decides to summarize these responses for you, you will not see them. If you wish to write directly to an author of one of the sets of lesson helps, please be sure that author's email address appears in  the "To:" line of your email program.

We hope that you will find these study helps useful as you seek to lead your Sabbath School class into a deeper fellowship with Christ in anticipation of His Second Coming.

This list is indebted to Andrews University and Dan Bidwell insofar that the computer which hosts SSNET is physically housed at Andrews University and runs smoothly under Dan Bidwell's management. However, SSNET is not officially sponsored by either Andrews University or the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The Sabbath School quarterly is on-line at in HTML format at http://www.ssnet.org/qrtrly/index.html. If you wish to download the Adult Bible Study Guide or the Teacher's Guide in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format, you may do so at the Adult Bible Study Guide website.

Yours in His service,
